Service Area

The Dirt Concern’s service area totals 1,150 square miles. That is roughly the same size as the state of Rhode Island. TDC volunteers cover only 6% of SWMMBA‘s 20,000 square mile service area.

If you love riding your bike on trails within TDC’s coverage area, consider getting involved by volunteering, making a donation, supporting their work with an in-kind contribution, or joining the Business Sponsor program. TDC is actively looking for:

  • Group ride leaders

  • Trail crew (no experience required!)

  • Business sponsors

  • Dirt Heroes

The Dirt Concern is 100% volunteer-led, but supported by SWMMBA’s seasonal trails and volunteer coordinator. That position is made possible by the generous support of our community.
