Only Members of SWMMBA may participate in volunteer activities. Please Join SWMMBA before completing the below form.

By filling out your info below, you reaffirm your agreement to the Waiver you signed when you became a member on HivePass. This form signs you up for our Volunteer Management System - it does NOT make you a member. To volunteer, you must also be a member, click the button above to join SWMMBA, download the HivePass App, and be prepared to use it to prove your membership by turning your phone sideways.

Please use an email address you check frequently, and which matches the email you have used for your membership and any donations to SWMMBA. The below form does NOT automatically make you a member. Only a valid HivePass account will do that.
