Give Big 2021: Give Big and We'll Go Big

From the high alpine to community parks, mountain biking connects us to the people and places we value. At the Southwest Montana Mountain Bike Association (SWMMBA), we're striving to foster that connection by building, maintaining, and advocating for more and better mountain bike trails, improving your on-trail experience while creating a culture of positivity around healthy outdoor recreation options.

Give Big Gallatin Valley is a vital source of unrestricted funding that allows us to execute on this vision. From 6pm on Thursday, May 6 to 6pm on Friday, May 7, we’re asking for your support to:

  • Initiate phase 1 of the Westlake Dirt Jumps rebuild

  • Assist the Big Sky chapter with a rebuild of the Community Park pump track

  • Expand our Trail Stewardship program to include more frequent trail-work days and targeted maintenance efforts

  • Continue advocating for your access through the Gallatin Forest Partnership

  • Deliver outreach events such as group rides, informational clinics, advocacy forums, and community races

  • Promote a positive local trail culture through our Ride Kind platform

  • Grow southwest Montana's winter-cycling options by expanding our grooming program

As an extra thank you this year, our partners at Tuscola Branding are throwing in a limited-edition, locally designed t-shirt for the first 100 donors to give $100+. The designs are courtesy of Jaxen Blaze Art and you'll have three styles to choose from.

With your help on Give Big, we can successfully deliver on these goals and more. We've seen the generosity and passion from this community in the past, and your commitment is all the more important now with the increasing pressure on our recreation resources. Together we can make southwest Montana a truly world-class mountain-biking community.
