This two hour clinic provides a comfortable introduction to mountain biking in a low-risk high-reward environment. First timer or beginner mountain bikers will be supported free Crosscut Mountain Sports bike rentals and helmets, four coaches, and snacks and swag from Curious Creatures! Feel free to bring your own bike, helmet, and gloves if you have them!

Participants will learn the fundamentals of body positioning, braking, shifting, descending and climbing through a series of hands-on instructions and skill building activities. Come dip your toes into the wonderful world of mountain biking and try something new! 

You must fill out the short Inclusive Outdoors Project application to register. All spots will be confirmed via email or text.
